Lady Eagles Roll Past BBC

Every Lady Eagle got some playing time as the Williams Baptist College women’s basketball team crushed Baptist Bible College Tuesday night at Walnut Ridge. Williams claimed an 88-43 win, improving its record to 8-1.

Kimberly Wise led the Lady Eagles with 14 points, followed by Kayla Tyus with 10. WBC held a 49-19 halftime lead.

It was the only home game in December for the Lady Eagles, who will play at Lyon College Saturday at 1:00 p.m. and then begin their Christmas break. Their next game at Walnut Ridge will be Jan. 15, when they host William Woods at 2:00 p.m.
