Missouri Native Picks Williams

The Lady Eagles basketball squad from Williams Baptist College has received a signed commitment from Lindsey Vermillion.  Vermillion will enroll at WBC in the fall of 2012.

She is from Van Buren, Mo., and will graduate from Van Buren R-1 High School in May.

Throughout her high school career she has received many honors.  She has been All-Distric and All-Conference, as well as receiving awards for 3-point shootouts and assists.

She is the daughter of Dale and Camellia Vermillion of Van Buren.

Williams is a four-year, liberal arts college at Walnut Ridge. The Lady Eagles are affiliated with the NAIA and compete in the American Midwest Conference.
