PBL Elects Officers at Williams
Phi Beta Lambda, a society for business students at Williams Baptist College, has elected its officers for the 2013-2014 school year. The group selected Hannah Hodges as president, Curtis Jackson as vice president for fund raising, Morgan Hatcher as vice president for philanthropy, Jeff Morris as communications coordinator and Stacee Hargett as secretary.
Hodges, who will be a senior, is from Jonesboro, Ark. She is the daughter of David and Angie Hodges of Jonesboro.
Jackson, who will be a senior, is from Walnut Ridge, Ark. He is the son of Mike and Susan Jackson of Walnut Ridge.
Hatcher, who will be a senior, is from Marmaduke, Ark. She is the daughter of James Hatcher and Nye Hatcher, both of Rector.
Morris, who will be a junior, is from Bono, Ark. He is the son of Larry and Tanya Morris of Bono.
Hargett, who will be a sophomore, is from Melbourne, Ark. She is the daughter of Tommy and Jo Ann Hargett of Melbourne.
Phi Beta Lambda is the collegiate branch of Future Business Leaders of America. It provides a network for business students to pursue personal development and explore career options in the business field, as well as providing an outlet for community service.
Williams is a four-year, liberal arts college at Walnut Ridge. Bachelor’s degrees offered through the WBC business department include business administration, computer information science and finance.
