WBC Summer Classes Set at Bradford

Summer classes in math and science will be offered by Williams Baptist College at its Bradford, Ark., extension. Registration will be held the evening of Tuesday, April 3, at Bradford High School, and classes begin May 7, also at BHS.

Thurman Smith, who coordinates the Bradford classes, said WBC will offer summer classes worth three credit hours in: Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra and Statistics.

Classes worth four credit hours will be offered in: Physical Science, Biological Science and College Chemistry I. The science classes will require a $10 lab fee.

Registration will be held at 6:00 p.m. on April 3. Smith noted that enrollment is limited, and that classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis. WBC will also have pre-registration for fall semester classes on April 3.

All classes are evening classes, and they will begin at 6:00 p.m., according to Smith. Textbooks will be sold the first night of class.

Williams is a four-year, liberal arts college at Walnut Ridge. It is accredited by the Higher Learning Commissions of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
