The Psychology Department at Williams seeks to help students gain insight into human behavior leading to a better understanding of their own thoughts, feelings and actions. The department also seeks to provide all students with an overview and careful examination of important research areas in psychology based upon a Christian world view.

Psychologists apply their knowledge and skills in a variety of careers, including education and counseling.
