2012 NAIA National Softball Championship


The Lady Eagles lost to the 3rd ranked Stars from Oklahoma City University 5-0 to end their season and NAIA National Tournament.  Williams ends the season with a remarkable 51-10 record.  Below we have a recap of the game, game photos, a post-game interview with Head Coach Eric Newell, and a career round up with Mallarie Lee.  WBC finishes its first NAIA National Tournament with a 2-1 record and a second place finish in Pool C.

Tourney Day Two: Defeating Thomas

Follow the Lady Eagles at the NAIA Softball National Championship!  The tournament opens with pool play May 17-19, and WBC is competing in Pool C. Winners of their respective pools move on to the Elite Eight, which is double elimination play that starts May 21.

Fri., May 18: 2:30 p.m. - Thomas (Ga.) - Win 3-0
Sat., May 19: 5:00 p.m. - Oklahoma City - Loss 5-0
