Assistant to the Director of Campus Ministries
Williams Baptist College seeks an individual with proven relational skills who has the heart to serve students, faculty and staff on campus and a desire to see individuals grow in Christ, connect to a church, and serve the world. A bachelor's degree is required, as well as a commitment to the College's mission. Experience working with a campus ministry is also preferred.
Reporting to the Director of Campus Ministries, the responsibilities of the Assistant to the Director of Campus Ministries would include, but are not be limited to:

Building relationships with students to encourage and challenge them in their faith.

Developing and overseeing programs on campus to support and serve the spiritual needs of students.

Overseeing social media and the campus ministry website.

Serving as the coordinator for various mission opportunities with the expectation of leading a short-term international mission trip.
Williams is owned by the Arkansas Baptist State Convention and takes seriously its identity as a Christian institution in the Baptist tradition. The applicant should be a committed follower of Jesus Christ and committed to the religious ideals and traditions of the College.
