Director of International Programs
Williams Baptist College seeks an energetic individual with proven international and entrepreneurial experience who has the vision and desire to create and oversee an extensive international program. The applicant should have an earned master's degree and experience working with international students. Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel overseas are critical, as well as a commitment to the College's mission.
Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Services, the Director of International Programs is to:

Develop, coordinate and implement a recruitment plan for international students and children of international missionaries.

Develop international programs on campus to support and serve the needs of international students

Establish and oversee an English as a second language (ESL) program.

Serve as the coordinator for study abroad programs with the expectation to create additional short-term international experiences for all WBC students.
Williams is owned by the Arkansas Baptist State Convention and takes seriously its identity as a Christian institution in the Baptist tradition. The applicant should be a committed follower of Jesus Christ and committed to the religious ideals and traditions of the College.
